Plot Synopsis

United states Marshals Pete (Snipes) & Terry (Malcolm Jamal-Warner) Nessip come assigned to escort federal captive Terry Leedy (Michael Jeter) to a fresh location fallowing he's attacked at a Florida pen in which he was serving instance.

Leedy occurs as computer genius & that is of interest to Ty Moncrief (Busey), the previous DEA professional using villainous plans. He plans & pulls off a highjacking of the plane Leedy is travelling in sustaining the Nessip brothers. Moncrief & his gang succeed around snatching Leedy & escaping. In the run, many population come flushed (including Terry Nessip).

Pete Nessip vows to avenge his brother's demise. This quest is complicated per fact that his brother was implicated in the explosion that destroyed a portion of the hijacked plane & flushed many humans. Following, Nessip is suspended from either a Marshal's service when a federal investigation is conducted into the highjacking. Thus Nessip decides to run a few investigatiin on his have. He suspects that a hijackers were skydivers and then he begins investigating therein locality.
